Guarantee commitment
Process Guarantee On the presumption that what is specified under "Agitation Purpose" above, tank dimension, media data, products which shall be agitated, installation, instructions (oral or in writing) are fulfilled, AGIMIX guarantees that what is defined in the Guarantee Commitment will be fulfilled. If the mentioned guarantee commitment is not fulfilled, AGIMIX will either correct the agitator free of cost to a maximum 50% of the purchase price in order to fulfill the guarantee commitment or accept return with full repayment of the invoiced amount. Warranty Warranty period for the drive unit is 12 months, and for the rest of the agitator 24 months, starting latest one month from date of delivery. |
